Express Admission Day (EAD) events are designed to remove the stress of waiting for an admission decision for busy students and their families. You’ll receive step-by-step help from our admission staff and will be provided an immediate decision on your application to PNW.
EAD events are held on both the Hammond and Westville campuses.
We’re currently reviewing applications for students planning to start our Summer Term (May/June 2019) and Fall Term (August 2019).
Please note: We will be unable to provide immediate admission decisions for the following majors:
- College of Nursing: no immediate decision for freshman and transfer students.
- College of Technology: no immediate decision for transfer students.

Steps to Follow for an Immediate Admission Decision
- Apply for admission online at least two days before attending the event. The $25 application fee is on us if you attend the event!
(The $30 transcript evaluation fee still applies for transfer students)
- Bring your sealed, official transcripts from the high school or college you’re currently attending. Transfer students will need to bring transcripts for every college or university they have attended. Current high school students will need to bring their SAT or ACT score reports as well. Please note that if you are a transfer student with less than 12 college-level credits, you will be required to bring your official high school transcripts and score reports. If you have been out of high school for one year or more, an English Placement Test will be needed in place of your SAT or ACT scores.
- Attend the event.
After you’re admitted, you’ll receive email communication regarding your next steps. While you’re on campus, feel free to ask questions about financial aid, new student orientation and any other issues you need to tackle in order to make your enrollment decision.
Using electronic official transcripts: If you are requesting transcripts electronically, they will need to be sent directly from the high school, college or university to email@example.com. Please request these at least two business days in advance of the Express Admission Day event you plan to attend.
