First of all, welcome home! Secondly, as part of the Purdue University system, if you have been a student at the Hammond or Westville campuses or at any Purdue campus, we’ve already got your information on file. You DO have to send in a new application though, as well as official transcripts from any college or university you have attended since your last time at Purdue. Easy as that. Just be sure to check the deadlines for when your admission application is due.
Readmission of Students Who Have Been Academically Dropped
A person who has been dropped from any Purdue University campus for academic reasons and wishes to reenter must complete application for readmission to the Office of Admissions. A dropped student must sit out at least one semester and cannot attend any Purdue campus (including regional campuses) during that semester. There is a $100 Readmission Fee that must be submitted with the application. Please see Readmission webpage for additional information.
Deadlines for submitting Readmission application are:
- Fall Semester: August 15
- Spring Semester: December 15
- Summer Session: May 1
After these dates, readmission applications will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
